By using Altor Care's website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Altor Care provides non-medical homemaker and companion services (HCS) as registered with the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Our services include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation assistance, medication reminders, and related personal assistance services. We do not provide medical, nursing, or clinical services.
Use of our services requires execution of a separate Service Agreement outlining the specific services, schedule, rates, and terms applicable to your care arrangement. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and should be read in conjunction with your Service Agreement.
Altor Care caregivers operate as independent contractors (1099). Altor Care is responsible for caregiver vetting, background screening, and matching. Clients acknowledge that caregivers are not employees of the client and that Altor Care assumes coordination responsibilities as outlined in the Service Agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Altor Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for services in the three months preceding the claim.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your Service Agreement. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Altor Care and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.
