Why We Exist
Altor Care was founded in Tampa Bay by a bilingual professional who saw firsthand what happens when Spanish-speaking seniors receive care from caregivers who don't understand them — the frustration, isolation, and missed communication that puts people at risk.
The solution was simple: match families with caregivers who genuinely speak their language — not just a few words, but fluently. Caregivers who understand the culture, the food, the traditions.
